Construction Capital was founded in 2012 by James Richardson, a former property developer who experienced first-hand the challenges of securing competitive development finance. Too often, developers were left navigating a fragmented lending market, losing valuable time and settling for suboptimal terms.
We set out to change that. By building deep relationships with specialist lenders across the UK, we created a brokerage that genuinely understands the development process from site acquisition through to exit. Our team combines property development experience with financial expertise, allowing us to structure facilities that work for both developer and lender.
Over the past decade, we have arranged more than £300 million in development finance facilities, funding hundreds of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. Our Ealing office gives us particular expertise in West London, where we have funded projects in every postcode across the borough.
